【The 2023 Citrus Launch Event for South African Citrus】
By collaborating with Embassy of the Republic of South Africa in Japan, the Citrus Event will be held in the open square of Jochiji-Ji Temple on 10th and 11th June 2023. The fresh juice by using the whole fruits of South African special grapefruits will be offered free of charge to visitors.
Please feel free to visit, and also feel intimacy with South Africa as well!

From 2020/7/1, visitation and operation of temple is back to normal, including "goshuin seals"(Red Ink Stamp of temple).
As a part of efforts to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19),
Jochij Temple is continuing following operation;
・Please follow any instruction on signs in the temple.
・Temple may change visiting hours according to the circumstance.

・Visiting hours 10:00 am - 15:00 pm
・Restricting access to certain areas. Donge-Den/Main Statues is open for visit.
・Access to Hotei-son is restricted.
・Red ink stamp is closed
Please refrain from visiting Jochiji Temple for sight seeing purpose for the time being.
